We are seeking an experienced Lead Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and enjoys building long-term trust with clients.
This role involves performing a wide range of repair and remodeling tasks while also identifying and recommending additional services on-site.

Responsibilities
Perform high-quality residential and commercial handyman work, including:
- Drywall repair and finishing
- Door installation and framing
- Painting, trim, and general carpentry
- Furniture, fixture, and décor installations
- Light plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding scope, timelines, and pricing
- Recommend additional services based on client needs
- Finalize invoices and process payments on-site
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicle
- Use our mobile app for time tracking, scheduling, and communication
- Occasionally mentor or train junior technicians
Qualifications
